Guangdong Mobile Warns Users of Untrustworthy SPs

In order to reduce the number of users being cheated, Guangdong Mobile will enforce confirmation requests for one-off WAP services from SPs with low credibility ratings. Confirmation requests will also be used for one-off SMS and MMS services from SPs with total group credibility of less than 40 points.
