The China Internet Association Anti-Spam Center has recently issued the newest Chinese anti-spam report. Data shows that in the third quarter of 2007, the ratio of spam Chinese e-mail users received amounted to 55.85%, a decrease of 2.99% from the previous quarter's 58.84%, continuing the downward trend from previous quarters.
