TCL Announces Restructuring

TCL Corporation (000100.SZ) has announced a restructuring. From January 1 its multimedia, communications, domestic appliances and components businesses will be split into four industrial groups, with two further companies arranged around property and financing; and logistics and services. TCL Corporation will switch from group management to an investment and holdings model.
