Moka to Purchase Seebar

Digital media publishing firm Moka has announced it is to purchase Internet cafe video provider Seebar. Analysts suggested Moka's acquisition is due to a belief that the Internet cafe sector will be a major distribution and sales channel for film and TV content and that Seebar will consolidate its leading position in the sector.
After gaining Moka's video and entertainment content, Seebar will be able to provide licensed movies, TV shows, sports, entertainment, music and music video content to Internet cafe patrons for only several yuan.
