Rumor: China Mobile TD-SCDMA Device Procurement for Testing

Sources close to the matter have claimed that China Mobile's (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) recently announced TD-SCDMA handset and data card purchase is to be used for commercial tests, and won't be distributed to end users. A time-frame for the bulk purchase of TD-SCDMA handsets has not yet been set.
