China Telecom IPTV Subs Reach 400,000

China Telecom's IPTV R&D and commercial trials have won an award at the 2007 China Institute of Communications Science and Technology Awards Ceremony held on December 25. Zhang Yufeng, head of China Telecom's Internet VAS department, said that the company now was 400,000 IPTV subscribers.
