Baidu CFO Dies in Accident

Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) has announced that CFO Shawn Wang died in an accident December 27. His post will be left temporarily vacant, with Baidu's commercial operations VP Shen Haoyu to take over Wang's responsibilities in the interim.
Among Baidu executives, Wang's stake in the firm - under 1% - was second only to that of CEO Robin Li. Prior to his death Wang was planning domestic A-share and Hong Kong H-share listings.
