Intel China President Resigns

Intel officials have confirmed that Wee Theng Tan, president of Intel China and vice-president of the corporate affairs group, has resigned for personal reasons, and will leave the company at the end of March.

Tan's current responsibilities, which include government and public affairs, education affairs and legal affairs, will be handled by Ge Jun, Intel's general legal counsel for the greater China region, who will be acting as Intel China's executive director.
