Unicom Adds 1.36 mln Users in December

China Unicom (NYSE: CHU, 0762.HK) added 1.035 mln GSM subscribers and 327,000 CDMA subscribers in December, bringing its total subscriber numbers to 119.2 mln and 41.1 mln, respectively. The combined number of new subscribers for the month, 1.36 mln, was down 2.9% compared to November's total of 1.4 mln.
