Vendors to Deliver TD-SCDMA Devices by End of March

An employee with Hisense (600060.SH), which won orders in China Mobile's current round of TD-SCDMA device procurement, has said that the two firms have already signed a framework agreement which will see 4,000 units delivered by the end of February, and 6,500 by the end of March.
According to another supplier, China Mobile has set a deadline of the end of March for all deliveries.
