Guangdong Mobile Shortens SP Settlement Period

China Mobile's Guangdong branch put its new settlement policy into effect today. Settlement periods have shrunk to 30 days, from the original 45, and Guangdong Mobile guarantees that if it should violate the terms of its service provider guarantee, it will waive the following month's fees for the service provider involved.
According to Guangdong Mobile, following the construction of an effective SP management system, Guangdong Mobile is beginning to change its relationship with SPs, shifting the focus from managing SPs to serving SPs.
