Unicom Awards Yulong RMB 645 mln Handset Contract

China Wireless Technologies (2369.HK) has announced that its subsidiary, Shenzhen Yulong, has signed an agreement with Unicom Huasheng Telecommunications Technology under which Huasheng will, over the next 12 months, purchase 100,000 dual-mode CoolPAD 7360 handsets for RMB 4300 per handset - a total value of RMB 430 mln. Based on this deal, VSens will also have the option of purchasing at most another 50,000 CoolPAD 7360 handsets from Yulong, raising the potential value of the deal to RMB 645 mln.
