TD Tech CEO Resigns

TD Tech's German CEO, Klaus Maler, has quit, with Huawei's wireless products VP Hou Jinlong to take his place.
Maler's resignation letter referred to TD Tech's poor performance in Ministry of Information Industry (MII) tests and a poor outlook for the firm, with employees, partners and potential clients all lacking confidence in the company.
According to an informed source, many of TD Tech's middle managers have also been replaced with Huawei staff.
