Rumor: China Mobile Files for A-share Listing

Hong Kong media reported on May 5 that several companies, including China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK), CNOOC, and CITS Hong Kong - all companies "sensitive" within their industry - were approved to return to A-share listings. Reportedly the A-share filing that China Mobile submitted touches upon the scale of finances to be raised, the form in which the company will list, and a timetable.
