Tudou Penalized RMB 50,000 for Copyright Infringement

Chinese online video sharing site Tudou has lost a copyright infringement lawsuit brought against it by Nubb, the owner of the online distribution rights for the movie Crazy Stone. Tudou has been ordered by the Shanghai No.1 Intermediate People's Court to pay RMB 50,000 in costs and damages, and immediately remove Crazy Stone from the Tudou website.
