CCTV, Microsoft Ally on Digital Media Lab

CCTV.com and Microsoft Research Asia together announced the co-founding of a Digital New Media Lab in Beijing. The new lab will conduct research in next generation user experience, internet technologies, multi-media technologies and digital adverting technologies. The lab will also apply Microsoft Research Asia's online video live broadcasting technology to help CCTV.com increase and improve its video broadcasting service.
