Shaanxi Cable Operator to Add 350,000 DTV Subs

In the annual shareholders' meeting, Shaanxi Broadcast & TV Network Intermediary (600831.SH) claimed that the company would not be satisfied in providing only cable TV service for Shaanxi subscribers, announcing plans to develop various value-added services such as broadband, data services, and payment services. In 2008, the company plans to complete the DTV migration of 350,000 to 400,000 households in Xi'an.
