CMMB Handset Priced above RMB 2,000

Lenovo Mobile, ZTE (0763.HK; 000063.SZ), Aigo, NeoNetech, Homtar and other companies are preparing to introduce new CMMB terminal products. Homtar's mobile phone (sold without an operating system) will be released to the market in July at around RMB 2,000. Lenovo and ZTE phones, which will be sold with an operating system, will be priced at RMB 4000-5000, or possibly even higher. Sales dates for portable terminals produced by Aigo and NeoNetech have not yet been decided.
