Perfect World Grants Taiwan, HK Licenses for Chi Bi

Chinese online game developer and operator Perfect World (Nasdaq: PWRD) has announced that the company has signed two separate licensing agreements for its upcoming 3D MMORPG Chi Bi, licensing the game to be operated in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. In Taiwan, Chi Bi will be operated by Taiwan Index Corporation (TIC), and in Hong Kong and Macau it will be operated by Gamania Digital Entertainment (HK). Both companies are subsidiaries of Taiwanese game company Gamania. This is the fourth game that Perfect World has licensed for operation outside of mainland China, the others being Perfect World II (World 2 International), Legend of Martial Arts and Zhu Xian.
