Heyspace Secures Second-Round Funding

Chinese social networking service Heyspace has recently won a further USD 20 mln in private equity investment. According to an informed source, this is Heyspace's second round of funding, and comes from a US investor. A Heyspace marketing spokesperson said that details would be released in late July.
According to Heyspace, the funds will be used for product research and development and development of sales channels, with video networking to be used to open up the greater China market.
