Zhaopin CEO Reveals Operating Statistics

Liu Hao, CEO of online recruitment firm Zhaopin, recently revealed that his company had grown to 2,500 employees nationwide, more than half of whom are involved with sales. Over the past two years, Zhaopin's basic services and operations have both grown at a rate of 100%. Online job listings are the company's main source of income, accounting for more than 70% of revenues. After raising capital, Zhaopin plans to expand its scale, expand regional coverage, and increase revenues or user numbers, Liu said, adding that profit was not the main goal. Liu declined to discuss the specifics of when the company planned to list, but said that the company would give first consideration to listing overseas.
