IPTV, STB Standards Drafted

Yang Kun of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT)'s China Academy of Telecommunication Research (CATR) revealed recently that standards for set-top boxes (STB) and IPTV service platforms had been drafted and were now in the review stage.
