CMMB Angles to Become ITU International Standard

Shen Hongbing of the State Administration of Radio Film and Television (SARFT)'s Academy of Broadcasting Science revealed today that CMMB will sign several major framework agreements with an international telecom operator, in a move towards gaining acceptance as an ITU international standard.
Reportedly, Dubai satellite broadcasting operator S2M has recently engaged in talks with CMMB-related organizations.
