Ku6 Sued for Copyright Infringement

The Beijing Haidian District People's Court has accepted a case brought against online video site Ku6 by the China Film Group Corporation (CFGC). CFGC alleges that Ku6 showed unauthorized broadcasts of its film Red Cliff, and is seeking an immediate end to the infringement as well as RMB 550,000 in compensation for losses and legal fees.
