CNET China Separates Print and Online Businesses

Wang Lu, CEO of online media group CNET China, has revealed the group is reorganizing itself into two media companies, one focusing on print media and the other on online media. The move is designed to facilitate an independent listing for CNET China's online media business. Wang denied rumors that the company might subsequently sell off the print media business, and pointed out that CNET China's recently completed budget for 2009 includes forecasts for its print divisions.
