Ctrip Wins Infringement Suit against Qunar

The Beijing Haidian District People's Court has ruled in favor of Chinese online travel service provider Ctrip (Nasdaq: CTRP) in the infringement case if filed earlier against Chinese travel search engine Qunar. The court ordered Qunar to stop its infringing behavior and make a public apology to Ctrip.

Qunar has said it plans to appeal the ruling.
