Websites to Sue Baidu for Monopolistic Practices

Wang Fengchang, CEO of free legal services portal Laweach.com and chairman of the online anti-monopoly alliance, says an alliance of over 100 websites is preparing to bring suit against Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) for malicious removal from search listings, extortionate marketing practices, trademark infringement and click-fraud. The alliance will ask the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) to begin an antitrust investigation of Baidu.
