Tudou Sues Joy.cn for Defamation

Chinese online video sharing platform Tudou has stated it has officially filed suit against Chinese video-on-demand site Joy.cn in Shanghai Pudong District People's Court for making uncorroborated accusations of copyright infringement and harming Tudou's reputation. Tudou stated it will likely also pursue other avenues to ensure Joy.cn takes legal responsibility for its actions.
