Longtop Records Q3 08/09 Profit of USD 14 Mln

Financial services software developer Longtop Financial Technologies (NYSE: LFT) has announced its unaudited financial results for its fiscal Q3 2008/09, with total revenues reaching USD 32.9 mln, up 79.3% year-on-year.

Net income for the quarter came to USD 14.36 mln, compared to a net loss of USD 16.53 mln in the same quarter last year.

During the quarter, revenues for software development came to USD 28.86 mln, up 88.6% YoY. Revenues for other services came to USD 4.04 mln, up 32.6% YoY.

The company estimates total revenues for the quarter ending March 31, 2008 to reach USD 24.0 mln.
