Beijing Business Today, 9/18/09

Lv Wensheng, chairman of Chinese online video platform Joy.cn, said yesterday that the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of China (China 4A) sent a letter to its 41 members on the same day the "China Internet Video Anti-Piracy Alliance" was launched, urging members to be "vigilant" when purchasing online video ad time, and to support the new alliance.
