CVIA: China to Produce 80 Mln Flat-Panel TVs in 2010

China News, 2/09/10

New figures from the China Video Industry Association say China produced a total of 67.8 mln flat-panel televisions in 2009, more than any other country in the world. The CVIA predicts that flat-panel televisions will account for 80% of Chinese television production in 2010, with an estimated 80 mln flat-panel TVs to be manufactured.
