Network Product ODM Firm Zowee to List on ChiNext

Shenzhen-based network communications terminal products and portable consumer electronics manufacturer Zowee Technology will list on Shenzhen's ChiNext growth enterprise board, and began taking online applications today for subscription under the ticker symbol 002369.SZ, to issue a total of 20 mln A shares online for purchase at RMB 22.58 per share.

Zowee combines R&D, manufacturing and service for networking products, consumer electronics and handsets, providing customers with ODM/EMS contract manufacturing services. Funds from the stock offering will be used to renovate Zowee's Shenzhen production base as well as construct networking product and consumer electronics production bases in Tianjin.
