Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer Skyworth Digital Holdings (0751.HK) announced yesterday separate strategic cooperation agreements with China Network TV (CNTV), IPTV operator BesTV (a subsidiary of the Shanghai Oriental Media Group (SMG)) and Hangzhou-based DTV and IPTV network operator Wasu Digital Television Media Group.
CNTV, SMG and Wasu received Internet TV integrated service licenses in March 2010. According to government regulations, Chinese Internet TV manufacturers must establish cooperation with licensed Internet TV integrated service providers.
