Goldcool to IPO

Ge Binbin, CEO of online game developer and operator Goldcool, a subsidiary of Shanda Games (Nasdaq: GAME), recently disclosed that the company is making preparations for an IPO. Ge expressed the hope that the company could go public this year with either a main board or growth enterprise board listing on one of the Mainland China exchanges. The company is currently seeking underwriters for the offering.
