Chinese online media provider and online game developer and operator Shanda Interactive (Nasdaq: SNDA) recently acquired YunDuan Network Technology, operator of the Soft Cloud (yunduan.cn) consumer cloud-based applications and gaming platform.
According to the source, Soft Cloud employees have already begun using Shanda's internal e-mail system, implying the merger is already being executed. Shanda declined to comment.
