Kunlun Wanwei Monthly Revenue from Tencent Hits RMB 8 Mln

Beijing-based online game developer and operator Kunlun Wanwei has revealed that since joining online game developer and operator Tencent's (0700.HK) SNS Open Platform, revenue share from Kunlun Wanwei's self-developed social games, including "Gongfu Yingxiong" and "Chaoji Zhichang," has exceeded RMB 8 mln per month. The company's games have a total of nearly 40 mln registered users, with the company's key products seeing a daily average of more than 5 mln active users.

Kunlun Wanwei now has four gaming products featured on Tencent's open SNS platform; in addition to "Gongfu Yingxiong" and "Chaoji Zhichang," "Ji Xiang Lv Guan" and "Hai Dao Wu Yu" are also currently available through Tencent's Qzone and Pengyou social networking sites.

Kunlun Wanwei CEO Zhou Yahui said the company's current goal is to see individual products surpass a monthly revenue share of RMB 10 mln.
