Rumor: ASPire Completes Reorganization

China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) subsidiary ASPire has quietly finished internal corporate restructuring, according to recent reports. The company has created eight divisions, two of which - mobile IM platform Fetion and an innovation department - will be overseen by Luo Chuan, former COO of social networking subsidiary 139. ASPire Holdings, ASPire Digital Technologies, and ASPire Information Technologies (Shenzhen) have been dissolved, while 139 Mobile Internet Information Services has been merged with China Mobile's mobile internet hub in Guangdong.

ASPire Holdings CEO Ye Bing said that an official announcement regarding the company's internal changes will be made soon.
