Baidu Launches Redesigned Hao123 Directory Site

Chinese internet firm Baidu's (Nasdaq: BIDU) directory site, Hao123.com, launched a redesigned homepage today featuring a new resources guide added to the left column.

The new section links to seven channels - everyday information, TV series, movies, music, lottery tickets, group buy, and mini-games - alongside one featured link from each category.

The TV channel features an aggregated list of popular TV series on various online video sites.

According to Baidu, this is the first major redesign of Hao123 since it launched 12 years ago in 1999.
