Sohu IT, 12/05/11

China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) reportedly plans to expand payment options for mobile application developers, including usage and time-based fees, as well as improving account settlement until it operates at real-time speeds.

China Mobile's Mobile Market app store runs approximately 13,000 daily mobile application tests for developers, and to date has conducted over 600,000 minutes of terminal testing for over 40,000 developers.

China Mobile will hold its 2011 China Mobile Global Developers Conference in Guangzhou on December 14, during which it will announce its Mobile Market Cloud Services plan to provide developers with remote training, technology support, testing services, data analysis, and funding.
