In light of the recent ban on broadcasting advertisements during TV drama episodes and the subsequent prolonging of ad breaks before and after episodes, industry sources have pointed out that Article 15 of State Administration of Radio, Film and Television's (SARFT) regulations regarding TV advertising implemented on January 1, 2010 prohibits ad break exceeding 12 minutes per hour.
