Chinese online travel service provider eLong (Nasdaq: LONG) has announced plans to build a second operations center in Hefei, Anhui, with July 1, 2012 as an approximate start date for use. eLong representatives claim that the service capacity of eLong operations centers will more than double when the new center commences operations.
