434 Chinese Online Gaming Companies Penalized in 2011

China's Ministry of Culture (MoC) recently released a report showing that in 2011, bureaux of culture and general law-enforcement organizations around the country received a total of 644 complaints in cases related to online culture (including online music and online gaming). Case files were opened on 573 of these complaints, and 502 of the cases were closed, with 434 online gaming companies and their games being cited for violating applicable laws.
