Chinese B2C e-commerce site Dangdang (NYSE: DANG) today announced that it will now host all products from Chinese wine and spirits B2C e-commerce site Jiuxian.com, with Jiuxian as the sole operator of Dangdang's liquor channel.
Jiuxian will take responsibility for all of Dangdang Liquor's warehousing, logistics, and after sales services. All product pricing, inventory, and promotional activities on Dangdang Liquor will also be consistent with Jiuxian's business up to this point, and Dangdang will share its users and traffic with Jiuxian, as well as share a percentage of net revenues with the company.
Jiuxian CEO Hao Hongfeng reported that through the new cooperation, the company expects to increase sales by RMB 500 mln.
