Chinese Encyclopedia Publisher Wins Suit against Apple

The Beijing News, 9/28/12

Beijing No.2 Intermediate People's Court has ruled in favor of the Encyclopedia of China Publishing House in its IPR infringement lawsuit against Apple, announcing that Apple must pay the company RMB 520,000 in compensation and cease all infringing activities. Apple said it will consider filing an appeal.
