Haitian Antenna Appoints Non-Executive Director

Chinese telecommunication antenna manufacturer Xi'an Haitian Antenna Technologies (8227.HK) has announced that Cong Chunshui has tendered his resignation as a non-executive Director of the company with effect from November 9, 2012. Cong confirmed that his resignation was due to new work deployment made by the shareholder of the company that nominated him to the Board, namely Beijing Holdings Investment Management, and also confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board.

Yan Feng has been appointed as non-executive Director with effect from 9 November 2012 until the next annual general meeting of the company. Yan has served as the manager of the investment and development department of Jingtai Group since June 2010.
