Rumor: China Telecom to Announce 4G Brand on December 10

A representative for China Telecom (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK) has stated that the company will formally announce its 4G brand on December 10.
China Telecom's network construction expenditures will reach RMB 45.7 bln in 2014, according to the representative.
