Sina Tech, 2/17/14

Beijing-based Chuangxin Huoban, a new company established by a group of ex-employees from Chinese education services provider New Oriental (NYSE: EDU), has launched English exam prep website Smartstudy.com, providing online study materials to Chinese users preparing for English-language exams such as the TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, GRE, and GMAT.

According to Smartstudy, the new site offers a large variety of audio lessons, but costs only 10-20% of the price of similar offline test-prep services.
