Jiuyi 160, Celebrity International Ally on Maternity and Infant Healthcare Services

Shenzhen-based Ningyuan Technology (834750.NEEQ), operator of online and mobile hospital appointment booking and doctor's consultation platform 91160 (Jiuyi 160), recently partnered with Shenzhen-based maternity and infant healthcare services firm Mingyuan Jiankang Investment Management (Celebrity International) to launch a one-stop post-pregnancy healthcare and recovery services platform. The companies will work together to integrate post-pregnancy care medical and non-medical resources, to provide specialized solutions for mothers covering psychological, physical, nutritional, and medical care.
Jiuyi 160, via indirect subsidiary Anxin Technology, operates a mobile Software as a Service (SaaS) maternity healthcare and post-pregnancy recovery platform called Warm Carer, which follows an integrated medical care, nursing, and recovery operating model. The platform brings together pregnancy doctors, infant doctors, nutritionists, maternal care nurses, and post-pregnancy recovery managers and uses Tencent's (0700.HK) WeChat mobile messaging app to provide post-pregnancy services for beauty care, chest care, meridian conditioning and physical conditioning.
Zhou You, CEO of Warm Carer, said that the platform will now focus on offering information services, to develop beyond offering non-medical services to become a pregnancy health and medical services platform integrating news information, content, and maternity experts.
Celebrity International provides a variety of maternity-related services, including pregnancy health management, maternity nursing care, in-home attendant services, and post-pregnancy health recovery services.
