Dockless Bike-sharing Service Ofo Expands to Malaysia

Beijing-based Bikelock Technology, operator of dockless bicycle-sharing app Ofo, has launched in Melaka, Malaysia, the service's sixth overseas market after Singapore, the United States, England, Kazakhstan, and Thailand.
Ofo has already placed 500 bicycles in Melaka and expects to increase that figure to 2,000 by the end of August. The company will see how operations go before placing additional bikes to meet the spike in Chinese tourism during the Chinese National Day holidays (October 1-8).
