Mobike, China Chamber of International Commerce Ally on Overseas Expansion

Beijing-based bicycle-sharing app operator Mobike Technology and the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) have signed a strategic partnership agreement to promote the expansion of Mobike globally.

The two parties did not elaborate on the specifics of their agreement.

The CCOIC is a national organization composed of enterprises, communities, and other organizations engaged in international commercial activities in China. The chamber represents the interests of Chinese businesses to international organizations and foreign governmental departments, and participates in the forming and promotion of international economic and trade rules.

CCOIC secretary general Yu Jianlong said its membership has exceeded 70,000 and includes state-owned enterprises, joint-stock enterprises, small- and mid-sized businesses, and foreign enterprises.
